Exploring Solutions. Inspiring Change.
Transforming Nations exists because good intentions are not enough. They must be paired with rigorous thinking, courageous leadership and disciplined execution.
We convene the people who can change things, examine the evidence behind what actually works, shape practical policy recommendations, and equip the leaders and institutions who carry them forward. Every conversation we host is designed to end in something a government, a ministry or a boardroom can act on.
From closed-door roundtables to national summits, we bring the right minds into the same room.
Evidence-based research translated into recommendations decision-makers can act on.
A growing network of countries where our ideas and partnerships are driving change.
What We Do
Across governance, people, economy and justice, we turn rigorous thinking into practical, implementable change.

Our Founder
Founder & Convener, Transforming Nations
A management consultant, programme director and trainer with over 23 years of experience, Dr. Odejide founded Transforming Nations on a simple conviction: nations, like organizations, only become as strong as the standards, systems and leadership they are willing to adopt. As Founder and Convener, he brings together the policymakers, institutions and practitioners who move Africa's governance agenda from good intentions to disciplined execution.
In Their Words
The standard here is set before the work starts, not after. That discipline is what makes the mission credible — and it is why I have stayed with it.
Boma Al Onyanabo · General Manager, TCBT
Programmes are judged here by whether a student can actually use what they learned. That single test changes how you design everything.
Edith Ugochukwu · COO, A4S
We are asked to build curricula that would hold up anywhere in the world, then deliver them to students who have never been given that chance. It is demanding, and it matters.
Gboshe Adedamola · Academic Coordinator
Tuition-free sounds simple until you run the admissions desk. What I see every week is a team refusing to let cost decide who gets to learn.
Merci Kingsley · Entreprenuer
Everything we build has to work on a modest phone and a weak connection. That constraint keeps us honest about who we are actually serving.
Emmanuel Sinuola · Information Technology Executive
I have spoken at a good many institutions. Few of them ask their students the harder question — not what you will do for a living, but what you will be responsible for.
Praise Heart · Systems Director
What struck me was the seriousness of the students' questions. You cannot fake that kind of preparation.
Tola Temitope Famakinde · Social Executive
